Disclaimer

CHAMP provides direct charitable assistance to families facing medical and hardship-related challenges. Assistance may include support for medical treatment, therapy services, rehabilitation, travel, hotel and food expenses related to care, medical equipment, mental health support, and other qualifying needs that improve the well-being of children and families experiencing financial hardship due to detrimental health issues. Assistance is distributed through direct payment or reimbursement with documentation. Recipients are required to submit applications through CHAMP's Dear CHAMP process with proof of hardship. Beneficiaries may be asked to provide bills, invoices or follow-up information.

CHAMP provides assistance without discrimination based on race, religion, gender, disability, or background. All assistance distributions are subject to review and approval by designated CHAMP committee members.

Funds received from CHAMP must be used solely for approved charitable purposes. CHAMP reserves the right to request documentation verifying use of funds and may deny future assistance in cases of misuse or misrepresentation.
